My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, despite being comfortable, was disappointing with several maintenance issues, including dirty toilet and damaged light shades. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially at the garage across the street, where the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was great, close to the city's action and just a short distance from the airport. Unfortunately, the dining options were lackluster, not living up to expectations.

The service caused an issue with my Escalade but ultimately friendly and helpful. The location was conveniently close to the Riverwalk and various downtown activities. The dining was overpriced with limited options but got me going the next morning. Overall, a mix of drawbacks and highlights.
